Booking details can be adjusted after submission if needed. The online booking system is designed for convenience, allowing you to view availability and secure your preferred time quickly and easily.
Images are initially delivered with a faint watermark. At the time of delivery, online payment instructions are provided, allowing you to pay instantly and receive an immediate download link for the unwatermarked, full-resolution images.
Alternatively, payment can be made via bank transfer, cheque, or other traditional methods if preferred. However, the online payment option is designed for speed and convenience, allowing each job to be completed and finalised at the time of download.
A tax invoice marked as Paid is provided after payment has been processed.
True Depth Productions’ aim is to make the entire process as quick and seamless as possible, from booking through to final delivery and payment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. Cancellations or changes made prior to the day of the booking are completely understandable, and True Depth Productions will always do its best to accommodate these where possible.
Same-day cancellations incur a $50 fee. Weather-related rescheduling, particularly for exterior or drone services, may be accommodated at the discretion of True Depth Productions.
To avoid no-show fees or access issues, please ensure that all booking details are accurate and that the property is accessible and ready at the scheduled time. If access is not possible or you are not present, every reasonable effort will be made to contact you before any fees are applied.
The aim is to deliver completed jobs by the morning of the next business day wherever possible. Most jobs are fully completed within 24 hours.
Larger or more extensive jobs may be delivered later on the next business day, depending on the scope of services booked. Services involving third-party suppliers, such as virtual staging, may require additional time.
True Depth Productions has been built with turnaround times as a priority, ensuring jobs are delivered promptly while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Once your files are ready, a gallery link containing all edited images and other deliverables will be emailed to the address provided at the time of booking.
All files in the gallery are displayed with faint watermarks until payment is completed. After payment, the full-resolution, unwatermarked images are emailed directly to you. The gallery link itself remains a convenient place to view and share the property files.
Any additional files, edits, or changes related to the property will be added to the same gallery link, ensuring you have a single, convenient location for all materials.
All images and materials from True Depth Productions remain under copyright and are intended for marketing the specific property they were created for. Clients are granted a licence to use images solely for marketing the specific property photographed, for the duration of that property’s listing. They aren’t automatically available for use with other properties or projects.
If reuse is needed for a future listing or another project, permission can be requested by contacting True Depth Productions.
Yes — bookings can be changed, cancelled, or rescheduled. Simply reply to the booking confirmation email you received, and any alterations can be made and updated for your booking.
Changes can include selecting different services, adjusting the date or time, or updating property information. The online booking system makes it easy to see available time slots and ensures preferred times can still be reserved. For any adjustments, contacting True Depth Productions directly is the best way to ensure changes are understood, correctly made, and to avoid issues.
To get the best results, ensure the property is presented as well as possible. Photography captures every detail! The main aim is to make images not look "cluttered".
For bathrooms, temporarily clearing items from showers, vanities, and benchtops can make a big difference in the final images. General untidiness can also slow down the shoot, so having the property ready helps the process run smoothly and ensures high-quality results.

Yes, absolutely. While real estate photography is the most common type of work, these services are easily adapted for a wide range of architectural and commercial projects. This includes photography for architects and builders, cafés and restaurants, short-stay accommodation such as Airbnbs, government projects, and other similar spaces where high-quality imagery is required.
Bookings for non-real estate projects can still be made through the online booking system, or feel free to get in touch to discuss your specific requirements.
Photoshoot durations can vary depending on several factors, including weather conditions, property cleanliness, access, the number of images required, and the overall size of the property.
As a general guide, most standard shoots take around one hour to complete. Booking times allow for additional buffer to avoid overlap with other appointments and to account for any unexpected delays or on-site challenges.
Yes. Booking time slots are available on Saturdays for daytime shoots, and there are no additional fees for Saturday bookings.
Weekend availability is offered to better suit client needs, as access for vendors, tenants, or owners is often easier outside standard weekdays. Providing this flexibility and helping free up weekdays for clients is something True Depth Productions is proud to offer.
Sunday and public holiday bookings are available by arrangement and may incur standard surcharges. For any weekend times outside the listed availability, getting in touch directly is the best way to discuss options.
Yes. A range of default floor plan templates is available, and agency logos can be added as standard. Many well-known agency styles are often already available, allowing floor plans to match existing branding with minimal setup.
Fully customised templates can also be created to match agency branding and used consistently for future jobs. This is a one-time setup, takes approximately 3 to 5 business days to prepare, and once completed, floor plan deliveries return to the standard next business day turnaround.
If an agency already has a floor plan template created by another provider, it may need to be recreated to ensure compatibility with floor plans produced by True Depth Productions.
For the fastest turnaround while a customised template is being prepared, selecting one of the default template options and supplying a business logo allows floor plans to be customised within the available templates while still maintaining quick delivery.
