Behind The Lens

I’m Nathan, the owner of True Depth Productions, and someone who has spent 15 years immersed in the media industry across television, print, and radio. During this time, I have worked on a wide range of real estate campaigns from a broadcast and marketing perspective, which has given me a strong understanding of how properties need to be presented in order to stand out and connect with an audience.

True Depth Productions was established in 2013, and today it is where my passion for visual storytelling comes together with a commitment to quality. I have captured photos for hundreds of properties throughout Canberra and the surrounding region, including extensive contract photography work. Each project has strengthened my ability to recognise what makes a space feel inviting, balanced, and beautifully represented.

What clients often value most about my work is my attention to detail. I focus on every stage of the process, beginning with how the scene is framed through to the final edit and delivery. Clean lines, natural colour, and an honest but polished representation of each room are always at the centre of my approach.

I also understand that buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions a person can make. It can be an emotional and often overwhelming experience. I take great care in my interactions, ensuring that property owners feel valued and respected, and I always aim to make the process as smooth, positive, and enjoyable as possible from the moment I arrive.

I am in this industry because I genuinely love what I do. Helping clients elevate their marketing campaigns and showcase their properties to the highest standard is what motivates me every day. And when I am not behind the camera, you will probably find me exploring Canberra in search of my next great coffee between shoots.
